01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using soko.lol in any way — browsing the site, creating a profile, or submitting a claim — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits a profile claim through our Discord server.

02 What is soko.lol

soko.lol is a link-in-bio platform. It allows users to create a personalised profile page hosted at soko.lol/username, displaying links, social accounts, and other information of their choosing.

Profile pages are set up manually by soko.lol staff following a claim submission via our Discord server. We reserve the right to decline any claim at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

03 Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit in your profile claim. You must not impersonate another person, brand, or organisation.

• Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to reclaim inactive or abusive usernames.
• You may request changes to your profile by opening a ticket in our Discord.
• You may request deletion of your profile at any time.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use soko.lol to host, link to, or promote any content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law.
• Promotes or facilitates violence, abuse, or self-harm.
• Harasses, threatens, or impersonates any individual.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or other malicious code.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains sexually explicit material, particularly involving minors.
• Spreads deliberate misinformation or hate speech.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of your profile and a permanent ban from the platform.

05 Content ownership

You retain ownership of any content you provide for your profile — your bio, links, images, and other information. By submitting a claim, you grant soko.lol a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating your profile page.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not display advertising on your profile.

06 Termination

We may suspend or permanently remove any profile at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting us via Discord. Upon removal, your username will be released and may be claimed by someone else.

07 Disclaimers & liability

soko.lol is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, soko.lol and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from profile pages.

08 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when they were last changed. Continued use of soko.lol after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will post an announcement in our Discord server.
